We received the information yesterday (13th Dec) informing us that the deal with the Canada-based Intertain Group (www.intertain.com), has now been signed, making them the full owner of Vera&John and Dumarca Gaming Ltd.
Any commission due to you for the Canadian traffic you have driven will still be paid, and all players balances will be paid out, but no new registrations or activity will be allowed.
